Raspberry-Mango Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 4 medium tilapia fillets

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced

  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

  • Heat oven to 450 degrees

  • Place tilapia fillets on a nonstick baking sheet or baking sheet lined with foil and lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray

  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork

  • Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a medium nonmetallic bowl

  • Divide fish among four dinner plates and top with raspberry mango salsa
