Raspberry-Mango Tilapia
Ingredients
4 medium tilapia fillets
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 mango, peeled and diced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees
Place tilapia fillets on a nonstick baking sheet or baking sheet lined with foil and lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
Bake for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a medium nonmetallic bowl
Divide fish among four dinner plates and top with raspberry mango salsa
